From internal parts of the packing or paper machines, to the frame assemblies, anodizing as a great way to protect your aluminum from the elements. We can do the parts in Clear, Colored or Hard Coat.
Aluminum anodization is an electrochemical process that enhances the strength, durability, and appearance of aluminum. When aluminum is oxidized, super-strong oxide (anodic) layers “grow” on the surface of the metal. These new layers are highly resistant to wear and receptive to dyes, paints, and adhesives. When applied thinly, the layers interact with light, giving you limitless possibilities for surface patterns, colors, and effects to define the unique look of your brand packaging.
As you see in the picture, part or inserts can be color-coded for a desired job or machine. With Green Bay Anodizing, you can choose from a wide variety of colors. If you don’t see, please ask, we may be able to put something together to suite the needs of you and your company.
